AS part of AIA's efforts to go green, and be environmentally friendly, the hard copy of the AIA Annual and Semi-Annual Fund Reports will no longer be automatically mailed to our ILP policyholders.
Soft copy of the reports will be available on AIA.com.sg/Fundsreports as well as AIA eCare.
In other news, recently some prospects/clients have been saying that they will email me copies of passports/employment passes/birth certificates because it's just clearer and easier for them. they are ALSO delaying payment to when they have received necessary documentation.
i guess i shouldn't be complaining because they are still signing policies with me, but do they NOT have any idea how DIFFICULT it is for me to constantly chase them for bloody documentation?
I really wish that people would be more on the ball. It's not as if there aren't measure in place like refund policies and money-backs.
Why purposely make it difficult for someone else?
I went for this talk the other day with one of the leaders who was saying something along the lines of "(i) never give discount to my clients". It's my right to a salary and for the service/work i've done for you. you want me to give discount then i will give you a discount on service also lor.
why the hell should i give you top notch service if you are treating me like shit?
then again, it's a catch-22 situation i guess.. we have to be nice to receive kindness in return. the problem is how to not get taken advantage of while you are doing things for others.
